Pharmacist
About the Role: As a Clinical Solutions Pharmacist at Bainbridge Health, you are responsible for using your pharmacy knowledge and skills to drive value for our hospital customers. You will work closely with our Customer Experience team to build strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for interacting with our Clinical Data resources and using our Med O.S.® technology to analyze customer infusion data and identify actionable interventions to improve safety and drive standardization. You will also support our Product Development and Product Marketing teams by acting as a “voice of the customer” providing feedback from our users to continuously improve product features and marketing initiatives.
Your success will be measured by (1) on time execution of customer deliverables and (2) ongoing customer retention and satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clinically service all hospital customer requests
- Be the main clinical point of contact for our hospital customers by responding to customer requests
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of our customers, our products, and our major business objectives
- Lead report generation for customer deliverables, including customer calls with Pharmacists, Nurses, and other Quality and Safety leaders
- Support Sales and Account Management activities with Hospital customers
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to build and maintain a profile for all customers, including customer goals and plans
- Support sales and marketing related projects as requested by Revenue or Account Management teams
- Translate frontline lessons and feedback from our users to actionable guidance for our Product Development and Product Marketing teams to inform our future roadmap and communication strategy
About You:
- You are someone who enjoys working in teams, building relationships with customers, and is extremely data-driven in decision making
- You are reliable, attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple tasks across multiple customers
- You can communicate complex ideas in an approachable and accessible manner
- You are capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback
Minimum Requirements
- Pharm.D. and at least 3 years of experience operating in an acute care clinical setting
- Current pharmacist license in a US state in good standing
- Experience working with infusion pump data, electronic health record medication data, automated dispensing cabinet data, and/or other pharmacy technologies
- Experience with data analytic tools (such as Excel) to identify interventions and/or derive insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of initiative, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Independent thinker with the ability to find the tools and resources to be successful
- Open to travel approximately 5-10% of the time
Bonus Points
- Experience working in pharmacy operations or medication safety
- Experience building or maintaining smart infusion pump drug libraries
- Experience with data analysis tools beyond Excel (e.g. SQL, Looker, Tableau)
